yesterday I had the most peaceful spa experience in SF! My massage was 15 out of 10!!! Meghan was simply divine.My sonic egg experience took me into a deep healing trance state, with healing frequencies and beyond that, the overall space was impeccable. A beautiful esthetic that made me feel like I was surrounded by nature’s healing energy while in the middle of large city. And to make my experience even better every single staff person I encountered was kind, considerate and well educated on the heath products and services that this beautiful urban spa - more than spa - health oasis offered. I can’t wait to go back! I left with a bunch of products too! And tried the immunity Latte!!! a 5 star review from me is saying a lot, as I have been getting massages for over 35yrs and all over the world… I left at peace, feeling serene and very balanced. A MUST do if you are looking for the best day spa in SF…. Also the out side patio offers a beautiful space to sit quietly and work or read or relax if you want to make your spa day longer!

Tate was my masseuse and he was fabulous. So attentive and kind, plus he was really good at adjusting his pressure for me, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely ask for him if you go.

This is such a beautiful and inviting space. When you first walk up the stairs, you see the cafe bar and can order an herbal latte. They have a couple of fun options; I got the "Natural Glow" that had ginseng and it was an interesting drink! Felt very warm and cozy to drink. I got a tour of the building, and the Himalayan rock walls were so cool. There's a gorgeous patio out back to relax in the sun and enjoy some tea. It's a lot bigger than it looks. Then came the ear seeding. The staff really try to get to know you and understand how their wellness practices can help you. Little gold balls were places in different areas of my ear at acupuncture pressure points that were sensitive to me. I felt only a few that were placed on me. I did feel a bit more calm afterwards; it's supposed to help with stress, relieve pain, and reduce symptoms. We ended the session with sound bowl therapy. So nice!

Beautiful urban sanctuary! Excellent service. Had a wonderful facial with Roz. Caring, professional, relaxing. After my treatment I was offered a cup of tea to enjoy in the back garden patio. The perfect place to transition back into my day, and the tea was delicious! I went with a friend who had a massage and her experience was as good! We will be back.

I had a prenatal massage with Winnie and it was EXCELLENT. I’ve had several prenatal massages so far and this one was the best. She hit all the right spots, was very empathetic to the areas I told her I was struggling with and made sure I had the best experience. She’s totally my new therapist prenatal and post natal!! 7/12 - my second massage with Margarita, also very good!! Thank you so much Margarita I feel so much better after my prenatal massage

Allie is a seasoned and excellent rolfing practitioner with a lot of experience and intuition. I definitely recommend her, the prices for her massage are very good. The spa is beautifully decorated, super clean and very calm. It’s in a beautiful part of the city so you can combine a spa day with brunch, coffee etc.

Redmint is such a peaceful haven. Dylan and Justin were so welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. I adored the herbal latte bar - sipping my drink on the lovely patio was such a treat. The space has a beautiful energy, and I felt instantly relaxed. The frequency mat experience left me feeling deeply restored. Can’t wait to come back!

A consistently wonderful spa experience. The front desk team is always kind and professional, speaking quietly and calmly in a way that truly preserves the zen atmosphere and helps you forget the busy street just outside. Winnie is an incredibly talented massage therapist. I leave every session completely relaxed, wrapped in warmth and comfort. The back deck is a lovely place to enjoy tea afterward and ease back into the world. Highly recommend.

Allie was AMAZING. Give that lady a raise!!!! I’m used to massages feeling great but usually never leave feeling like my muscles actually got restored or truly worked, but with her I left feeling lighter and restored. Highly recommend
